The Basic Site Fee provides the following:
Private Oceanfront Garden area for your Ceremony & Reception, with access to the Historic Home (3 Bathrooms, Parlor, Oceanfront Balcony upstairs).
Tropical Bamboo Arbor*, draped with panels of organza & bordered with flowers and ferns.
Fresh floral arrangements at the entrance, within the historic home, and garden areas Dressing rooms (air-conditioned Bridal Room upstairs; and a Groom's Room downstairs).
Screened-in Sunroom with ocean view for Buffet Receptions, adjacent to the Covered Patio.
Draped Receiving Table (includes a beautiful fresh
floral arrangement)
Souvenir Marriage Certificate, and Signing Table (includes a fresh floral
arrangement).
Sun parasols, hand-woven lauhala fans, and iced lemon water available for Guests.
Ample on-site self-parking for guests (Valet Service upon request for an additional fee).
Rainy Day Alternative—In the event of inclement weather, ceremonies will be moved indoors or to the covered patio. Ocean views from both.
*For an additional charge, the Tropical Bamboo Arbor may be substituted with a Redwood Arbor.

Arbor garland w/florals: Aromatic maile vines (subject to availability), ruscus, or lemon leaf garland wrapped with fresh flowers (orchids, tuberose, pikake, or baby roses).
Natural wooden folding chair: Unpainted beech wood folding chair w/ slatted back and unpadded seat.
Chivari chair: Natural, chocolate brown, or gold finish w/ seat cushion. (Delivery charge, additional).
White folding chair: Chair, w/ white padded seat. (This item should be ordered one month prior to guarantee availability. (Delivery charge, additional).
French organza chair pinafore: Pinafore (maximum, 30), beautiful three-piece white French organza pinafore.
Pinafore floral: Pinafore (e.g., roses, orchids, or flower clusters)
Bamboo Stanchion w/Bouquet: Bamboo pole, topped with beautiful fresh mini bouquet (maximum, 6).
Rose Petal Path: Winding multi-colored rose petal path leading from oceanfront patio to ceremony area in garden (fee includes labor charge for clean-up). This option is subject to availability of rose petals and pricing changes.
Deluxe Rose Petal Path: Extra thick bed of multi-colored rose petals (fee includes labor charge for clean-up). This option is subject to availability of rose petals and pricing changes.

House Place Settings:
"Garden" place setting (limited to 50 persons): Each place setting includes a glass plate with floral underplate and wooden charger, napkin, crystal goblet or antique glassware, silverware. A labor charge is included for set-up and clean-up.
"Nostalgia" place setting (limited to 36 persons): Each place setting includes fine heirloom or hand-painted china, napkin, crystal goblet or antique glassware, silverware. A labor charge is included for set-up and clean-up.
Centerpiece: a charming arrangement of assorted fresh flowers and greenery for the tables.
Extra tables: Additional tables that must be brought
in and set up which are not part of the everyday arrangement in the home
and garden can be arranged. Seating guidelines:
3' round table seats maximum of 4-5 persons
4' round table seats maximum of 6 persons
5' round table seats maximum of 8-10 persons
6' X 30' table seats maximum of 8 persons
8' X 30' table seats maximum of 10 persons
Linens: White or ivory.

Cake Table: Includes linen, cake pedestal, decorated antique cake knife w/ server, crystal finger bowl w/ linens, dessert settings for the couple, and fresh flowers. For additional "Dessert Settings." (Price does not include cost of wedding cake.)
Cake Pedestal: with decorated knife (antique knife available) and server.
Toasting Table: Includes linen, 1 iced bottle of sparkling cider, decorated antique champagne bucket, decorated bottle opener, fresh flowers, 2 Austrian crystal flutes, cocktail napkins.
Decorated Champagne Bucket: Champagne bucket decorated with a pretty garland of greenery.
Decorated Washtub: Large metal washtub (excellent for casual garden parties to chill multiple bottles), greenery and decorative ribbon on handle. Ice not included.
Dessert Settings: "Dessert Setting" (includes heirloom china or glass dessert plate & fork, and hand-hemstitched linen napkin).
Crystal Stemware: flute or goblet.
Cup & Saucer Set (heirloom china): Includes cup & saucer, teaspoon)
"Simply Elegant Florals": Gorgeous wedding florals - includes 1 bridal bouquet, 1 bridesmaid bouquet, 2 boutonnieres (for the Groom & Best Man), and 2 Hawaiian style lei for ceremonial lei exchange. Floral selections and colors to be discussed directly with a preferred florist. Bayer Estate will provide the couple with contact information for an affiliated florist upon confirmed reservation of the estate.
