Old world elegance greets you when you step over the threshold…beautiful antique furnishings and vases brimming with fresh flowers delight the senses, setting the perfect, romantic tone for your special day.
Situated on the second floor overlooking the parlor, the bride has a quiet, relaxing retreat to call her own. Before the wedding, she can enjoy a reflective moment by herself, or share a calming cup of tea with her mom to help soothe away pre-ceremony jitters.
In lieu of a garden wedding, an intimate indoor candelit ceremony may be held in the privacy of the Parlor, abloom with fragrant fresh floral arrangements and an old-fashioned garland.
Located just beyond the Parlor is the breezy ocean Sun Roon, where one
can enjoy views of the flower gardens and the sparkling waves of the
blue Pacific. Potted palms and heirloom china sitting atop the lace-topped
tables enhance the room's simple elegance and charm.

We fell in love with the Bayer Estate the moment we stepped through the beautiful wooden gate. We always tell our brides that the Bayer Estate is the perfect place for brides who want a beachside wedding, without putting their toes IN the sand! Every time we visit, there's another special touch Sooz adds to the place… including the fresh flowers that decorate the front gate and side tables, fresh iced lemon water that sits in a large glass jar for your guests to enjoy, an air conditioned bride's room, and top notch surround sound in the front and oceanfront gardens to keep everyone entertained. The Bayer Estate truly sets the bar for all Hawaii wedding locations with its natural charm and beauty, their genuinely warm hospitality, and high level of service. You will feel right at home!
