Pricing for "Special Events" (i.e., non-wedding) is available upon request. Guests may bring in their caterer and beverages of choice. Preferred vendor lists (e.g., florists, caterers, custom linen sources, musicians, etc.) are available upon request after a deposit has been received for your reservation. All additional dining tables & chairs/outdoor lighting/tenting to be ordered by the estate.

I attended a ladies only "Moroccan Night" theme dinner party at the Bayer Estate—our group of ten girlfriends enjoyed a fabulous night of great food and laughter. Starting with a spectacular sunset cocktail hour on the oceanfront lawn, and continuing with dinner in the home that had been transformed into an elaborate Moroccan "tent" for dining—it was an incredible feast for the senses from beginning to end.

Seated on silk floor pillows around an elaborately set table, in a room that was bathed in rose-colored lighting and candlelight, we feasted on delicious food and wines beneath a beautiful sweeping canopy of fabric and crystals. As a surprise, the estate arranged for entertainment by a beautiful belly dancer who later led us gals in an impromptu (and hilarious) session of "Belly Dancing 101." We had a glorious time, and I will fondly remember my unforgettable Moroccan night by the sea as one of the best times of my life.
