We kindly ask that all interested parties fill out our online reservation request form. This will allow Bayer Estate to get all of your important details for your event up front. Click here to complete the form.
Initial Reservation. For your convenience, we can tentatively confirm with you by phone, fax or e-mail the availability and scheduling of a wedding at the Bayer Estate. We will hold the requested time slot(s) for 14 days, pending receipt of both (1) a completed and executed Reservation Agreement and (2) a deposit in the amount of 50% of the "Basic Site Fee" (applicable tax included).
Reservation Agreement & Deposit. We will require a Reservation Agreement signed by you and with appropriate information filled in. Upon confirmation of availability and scheduling, we ask that you mail to us a completed and signed copy of the Reservation Agreement indicating, at a minimum, your names, pertinent contact information and the date and time slots reserved, along with your deposit (personal or cashier's check). Selection and revisions to any "Options" may be made prior to the wedding date, but it is advisable that couples finalize their choices at least one month prior to assure the availability of products/services of our food & beverage or floral vendors.
Upon receipt of the Reservation Agreement and deposit, we will return a signed copy to you for your records. It is our policy to hold the requested time slots for 14 days from the date of reservation without a deposit for the "Basic Site Fee." As a courtesy to you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to canceling any reservation if we have not received the 50% non-refundable deposit in a timely manner. (Please refer to the Reservation Agreement for details on payment terms for the balance of the Basic Site Fee and any "Options.")
We will be happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding our services, and hope that you and your family and friends will be gathering together in celebration at the Bayer Estate, where nostalgic wedding traditions of the past are beautifully revisited.
Sincerely,
Susan M. Mirikitani and Theodore
